Description
The tubular oil level gauge is mainly suitable for oil-immersed fully sealed transformer. It is installed on the top of the oil tank cover of the transformer to show the oil level in the tank. When blue marking appears in the upper window of the oil level gauge, the oil level is normal, the oil level is above the tank cover; when red marking appears, the oil level is abnormal, and the oil level is below the tank cover, it needs to be properly filled.
The tubular level gauge is composed of seamless steel tube, buoy indicator, window and upper cover or pressure valve, and the window is built in thick-walled glass tube. It can show the specific oil level within 30mm below the cover, and the oil level shows real, accurate and no false oil level phenomenon. The display position of oil level can be set according to the user's requirements, and only need to be put forward by the user when ordering. The oil level display position of products without special requirements is set above the box cover. When the oil level is above the box cover, the buoy display is all blue, indicating that the oil level is normal. The windows are built-in structure with the same outer dimension as the diameter of the pipe, which can effectively prevent accidental collision and damage. From the 360 degree angle of view, this product is sealed with O-ring through threaded connection to ensure the rationality of the sealing ring. Compression volume, effectively prevent ultraviolet radiation, so that the rubber ring life is longer, safe and reliable, no leakage, 200 KPa pressure leak test before leaving the factory. Electrostatic spraying on the outer surface meets the requirements of three-proof.

Typical applications are hydraulic system reservoirs and lubricating, cutting and cooling fluid tanks. Visual Fluid Level Indicators are suitable for service in mineral oils and phosphate-ester based hydraulic fluids. For Water Glycols and High Water based fluids, the sight tube must be ordered in glass construction. Fluid Level Indicators can be supplied with thermometers.
